Thirty years ago Patricia fulfilled a lifelong dream to live in the Blue Ridge Mountains, and with the introduction of a digital camera, she began an unrestricted exploration of her true love—nature photography. She captures nature’s glory in a moment that also conveys her deep heartfelt emotional connection to the site.
Patricia provided the cover photo for the 2016 Blowing Rock, NC calendar, cover shots for books and the inaugural Evening Paper journal, and a photo in Oct 2015 for Nat Geo’s “Inside Access” story. Her photographs have appeared in the 2015-2022 volumes of County Lines Literary Journal and official Blue Ridge Parkway calendars as well as Oracle Fine Arts Review, The SUN (cover), Atticus Review (cover), San Pedro River Review, Proud to Be: Writing by American Warriors, Woods Reader (cover), Steam Ticket (cover), Closed Eye Open, The Sunlight Press Journal, RiverSedge, Leaping Clear, Talking Writing (cover), Blue Mesa Review, Camas, and DASH Literary Journal.
